Greetings from OUR President

Emory Healthcare

Welcome!  I am excited to have the opportunity to network with each of you and would like to take just a moment to share a little information about NAHSE and why we’re all here.

The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) is a non-profit association of Black health care executives founded in 1968 for the purpose of promoting the advancement and development of Black health care leaders, and elevating the quality of health care services rendered to minority and underserved communities.

NAHSE’s purpose is to ensure greater participation of minority groups in the healthcare field. Its basic objective is to develop and maintain a strong viable national body to more effectively have input in the national health care delivery system. It has provided a vehicle for Blacks to effectively participate in the design, direction and delivery of quality health care to all people.

If you’re a current or past member of NAHSE, we encourage you to share your NAHSE experiences on the local and/or national level and what brought you to NAHSE.

If you’re not a member of NAHSE, I encourage you engage with our local chapter members to hear more about their experiences with NAHSE and the benefits found from being a member.

Additionally, I encourage you to peruse the rest of our website for more information about our upcoming events, how to get involved and how to sign-up to become a member of NAHSE.

I look forward to meeting you!
